New Issue: Goldman prices $3.84 million callable monthly range accrual notes tied to Russell

Chicago, Sept. 5 – GS Finance Corp. priced $3.84 million of callable monthly range accrual notes due Aug. 31, 2027 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will accrue at 4.5% annualized for each day that the index closes at or above 75% coupon barrier, payable monthly.
The notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date after one year.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
