Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 8 – GS Finance Corp. priced $9.95 million of 0% enhanced trigger jump securities due Jan. 29, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the index finishes at or above its 80% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10%.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index from its initial level.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is the dealer.
