New Issue: Goldman Sachs sells $1.39 million step-up notes with 2.75% start rate

Olympia, Wash., June 19 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $1.39 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due June 19, 2020, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon will be 2.75% initially, stepping up to 3% on June 19, 2019, to 4% on Dec. 19, 2019 and to 5% on March 19, 2020. Interest will be payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable in whole at par quarterly beginning Dec. 19.
Goldman Sachs & Co. and Incapital LLC are the underwriters.
