New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $3 million callable step-up fixed-rate notes with 2.25% initial rate
New York, June 16 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $3 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due June 16, 2026, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon is 2.25% from June 16, 3% from June 16, 2019, 3.625% from June 16, 2021, 5% from June 16, 2023 and 6.5% from June 16, 2025.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par each March 16, June 16, Sept. 16 and Dec. 16 starting June 16, 2018.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Incapital LLC are the underwriters.
