New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $3 million callable step-up fixed-rate notes with 2.25% initial rate
New York, Dec. 16 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $3 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due June 19, 2022, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon is 2.25% from Dec. 19, 3.25% from Dec. 19, 2017, 4.25% from Dec. 19, 2019, 5.25% from Dec. 19, 2020 and 6.25% from Dec. 19, 2021.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par each March 19, June 19, Sept. 19 and Dec. 19 starting June 19, 2015.
