New York, Dec. 19 - GMAC Hipotecaria SA de CV Sofol sold Ps. 471 million of certificados bursatiles due 2007 (/mxAA/AA(mex)) at 99.728142 to yield 10.51%.
Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV was the auction agent.
The issuer, based in Mexico City, is a financial services company focused on the financing of real estate developers in Mexico.
