New Issue: Georgia Housing and Finance prices $137.58 million of mortgage bonds

New York, Feb. 20 - The Georgia Housing and Finance Authority priced $137,575,000 of series 2013A single-family mortgage bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (/AAA/) were sold through BofA Merrill Lynch and Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
The bonds are due 2013 to 2023 with term bonds due in 2027, 2032, 2037, 2041 and 2043. The serial coupons rage from 0.20% to 2.75% coupons, all priced at par. The 2027 bonds have a 3.125% coupon, the 2032 bonds have a 3.45% coupon and the 2037 bonds have a 3.8% coupon, all priced at par. The 2041 bonds have a 3.85% coupon and the 2043 bonds have a 3.9% coupon, both priced at par.
Proceeds will be used to make mortgage loans to qualified Georgia residents.
