Delaware Investments' Colorado, Minnesota closed-end funds to redeem preferreds

Tupelo, Miss., Oct. 28 - Delaware Investments announced Tuesday plans to redeem all of the outstanding auction-rate preferred securities at par for two closed-end funds in November.

Delaware Investments Colorado Municipal Income Fund Inc. will redeem all shares from series A and series B on Nov. 5.

The Delaware Investments Minnesota Municipal Income Fund II Inc. will redeem outstanding shares from series B on Nov. 5 and series A, C and D on Nov. 7.
