Fitch rates GM green bonds BBB-
Fitch Ratings said it rated General Motors Co.’s planned offering of green bonds BBB-.
The agency affirmed GM’s BBB- ratings on May 2.
GM plans to allocate an amount equal to the net proceeds to finance or refinance eligible projects related to clean transportation solutions. Categories of eligible projects will include research and development, manufacturing facilities and operations.
The outlook is positive.
