Israel’s Gazit-Globe buys back NIS 8.71 million of three note series

Chicago, May 9 – Gazit-Globe Ltd. has bought back NIS 8,714,516 of three series of notes from April 6 through May 4.

The repurchase amounts were as follows, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission:

• NIS 131,373 principal amount of series A debentures, reducing the outstanding principal amount to NIS 44,226,444;

• NIS 574,973 principal amount of series C debentures, reducing the outstanding principal amount to NIS 499,209,695; and

• NIS 8,008,170 principal amount of series E debentures, reducing the outstanding principal amount to NIS 544,348,028.

As announced, the issuer may repurchase NIS 250 million of five note series under its buyback program that began March 31.

Gazit-Globe is based in Tel Aviv. It owns and operates supermarket-anchored shopping centers.
