First Guaranty’s official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Olympia, Wash., July 14 – First Guaranty Mortgage Corp.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Thursday by Regions 3 and 9 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The members are Brian Snyder for South Street Securities, based in New York, Joshua Goodman for Daiwa Capital Markets America Inc., based in New York, Sonny Abbasi for Maxwell Lending Solutions, Inc., based in Denver, Kristi Christian for Sourcepoint, Inc., based in Palm Bay, Fla., and Jack Raisner for Lori Buckley, as WARN Act plaintiff, based in New York.
The Plano, Tex.-based mortgage lender filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on June 30 under case number 22-10584.
