Chicago, Sept. 17 – Frasers Property Ltd. sold S$200 million of 3% seven-year notes, according to a press release.
The notes are being issued through Frasers Property AHL Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary.
This is the first issue for the subsidiary.
There is a make-whole optional redemption provision at any point during the life of the notes.
The notes are being issued under the A$2 billion multicurrency debt issuance program.
Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. is the lead manager.
Proceeds will be used for financing, or refinancing, in whole or in part, new or existing qualifying assets and projects as described under the eligibility criteria for eligible green or sustainable projects in the sustainable finance framework.
Frasers is a multinational real estate and property management company with headquarters in Singapore.
