New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $35 million five-year non-call 0.5-year step up notes at 1.125% initial rate
New York, Oct. 15 - Freddie Mac priced $35 million of 1.125% initial rate five-year non-call 0.5-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Oct. 29, 2020 and have a Bermuda call beginning April 29, 2016.
Multi-Bank Securities Inc. and Pierpont Securities LLC are the managers.
