New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $130 million five-year non-call one-year step up notes at 1.02% initial rate
New York, Feb. 14 - Freddie Mac priced $130 million of 1.02% initial rate five-year non-call one-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on March 6, 2017 and have a Bermuda call beginning March 6, 2013.
UBS Securities LLC is the manager.
