New Issue: Singapore’s Frasers sells 5 billion baht 2021, 2023, 2028 debentures

Morgantown, W.Va., March 2 – Frasers Centrepoint Ltd. announced that subsidiary Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd. priced up to 2 billion baht of 2.19% debentures due 2021, up to 1 billion baht of 2.55% debentures due 2023 and up to 2 billion baht of 3.54% debentures due 2028 on Friday. The debentures will be guaranteed by Frasers Centrepoint.

Bangkok Bank PCL, Bank of Ayudhya PCL and United Overseas Bank (Thai) PCL are the joint lead arrangers.

The three tranches will be issued under the company’s 25 billion baht debenture program. The company priced 2.5 billion baht of benchmark debentures in December, as previously reported.

Proceeds from the current offering will be used to repay existing debt, for investment or to finance working capital.

The debentures are expected to be issued on Wednesday.

Frasers Centrepoint, a subsidiary of Frasers and Neave, Ltd., is a residential property developer and retail mall owner and operator in Singapore.
