Charlotte, N.C., May 15 – Fortum Oyj announced it will issue two green bonds through its AB Fortum Varme Holding subsidiary as follows:
• SEK 1 billion green bonds due May 18, 2021 with an interest rate of Stibor plus 0.7% with an issue price of 100%; and
• SEK 1.5 billion 1.75% green bond due May 18, 2022 with an issue price of 99.804.
Both bonds will be sold in issues of SEK 1,000, according to the company.
Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB was lead manager.
The bonds will be listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm.
Fortum is a Finnish energy company based in Espoo, Finland.
