New Issue: Ford Credit de Mexico sells Ps. 440.92 million certificados bursatiles in two tranches

New York, Dec.14 - Ford Credit de Mexico SA de CV Sofol sold Ps. 440.92 million in two tranches of certificados bursatiles (MX-1/mxA-1/F1+mex)) via an auction on Wednesday.

The company issued Ps. 400 million of 35-day certificados bursatiles at 99.192083 to yield 8.31%. Bids ranged from 8.35% to 8.42%.

The second tranche included Ps. 40.92 million of 91-day certificados bursatiles, which priced at 97.889306 to yield 8.53%. Bids ranged from 8.45% to 8.59%. The original amount offered was Ps. 100 million.

Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV was the auction agent for both transactions.

Ford Motor Credit Co. will guarantee the issue.

The 35-day certificate is 035 in Ford Credit's current certificados bursatiles program, and the 91-day certificate is 036.

The issuer, based in Mexico City, is a financial unit of Ford Motor Co.
