FHC Health Systems to begin roadshow Tuesday for $250 million eight-year notes

St. Louis, July 21 - FHC Health Systems, Inc. will be on the road July 22-30 to market a $250 million offering of senior notes due 2011 (B3), according to an informed source.

Citigroup and Goldman Sachs & Co. are joint bookrunners on the Rule 144A deal.

Proceeds from the eight-year non-call-four notes will be used to repay bank debt.

The prospective issuer is a behavioral health company.
