F&H Acquisition sees operating loss of $148,000 during November period

New York, Jan. 5 – F&H Acquisition Corp. reported an operating loss of $148,000 for the period of Nov. 5 through Dec. 2 on zero net sales, according to its monthly operating report filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

In comparison, F&H posted an operating loss of $27,000 for Oct. 8 through Nov. 4, also on zero net sales.

The net loss was $148,000 during the November period, increasing from $27,000 during October.

The company also reported a cash balance of $4.53 million as of Dec. 2, up from $3.52 million at Nov. 4.

F&H Acquisition, a Wichita, Kan.-based owner and operator of Fox and Hound, Champs and Bailey’s restaurants, filed for bankruptcy on Dec. 16, 2013. The Chapter 11 case number is 13-13220.
