FHLBank expects to issue $300 million add-on to 3.25% 10-year bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., July 9 – The Federal Home Loan Bank System plans to price a $300 million add-on to its 3.25% notes due Nov. 16, 2028, according to a press release.

The company issued $1.25 billion of the notes at 99.005 to yield 3.386% with a spread of Treasuries plus 28 bps in a sale that priced on Nov. 15, 2018 and settled on Nov. 16, 2018 and sold another $250 million of the notes at 99.493672 to yield 3.31% in a sale that priced on Dec. 3, 2018 and settled on Dec. 4, 2018.

FHLBank System is a Washington, D.C.-based government-sponsored enterprise that provides member financial institutions funding support for mortgage lending and community investment.
