Chase Growth, Mid-Cap Growth funds tap Painvin as portfolio manager

San Diego, April 9 - Advisors Series Trust said in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that Edward S. Painvin was appointed a portfolio manager to the Chase Growth Fund and the Chase Mid-Cap Growth Fund.

Painvin replaces Peter C. Wood on the portfolio management team, which also includes Robert C. Klintworth, Brian J. Lazorishak and Peter W. Tuz.

Charlotteville, Va.-based Chase Investment Counsel Corp. serves as the investment adviser to the funds.
