Palisades cuts ownership interest in Chanticleer

Charlotte, N.C., April 7 - Investors led by Palisades Master Fund, LP sold 787,550 shares of Chanticleer Holdings, Inc., reducing their stake in the company to 40.624% from 42.51%.

According to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the shares were sold between Feb. 14 and March 31 priced from $0.565 to $0.822 each.

The investors beneficially own 3,501,022 shares of the Charlotte, N.C., business development company.
