S&P reinstates Cell C ratings

Standard & Poor's said it corrected by reinstating its B- issue level rating and 3 recovery rating on Cell C (Pty) Ltd.'s $160 million term loan B due July 1, 2018.

The rating is on CreditWatch negative.

The agency withdrew the ratings in error on July 2. This action corrects the error by reinstating the ratings at the same level at which they were withdrawn.
