Chicago, April 30 – Sisecam UK plc priced $1.1 billion of bonds in two parts (B2//BB-), according to a press release.
The company sold $500 million of 8¼% five-year bonds and $600 million of 8 5/8% eight-year bonds.
Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., HSBC Bank plc, J.P. Morgan Securities plc and BofA Securities were the bookrunners.
Distribution was through Rule 144A and Regulation S.
Demand exceeded $3.5 billion over both tranches.
Since 2013, the issuer has issued a total of $2.3 billion of eurobonds on international markets.
Istanbul-based Turkiye Sise ve Cam Fabrikalari AS manufactures and sells glass.
