ReFuels intends to raise £150 million from equity, debt
Chicago, April 16 – ReFuels NV announced it intends to raise £150 million from both equity and debt for long-term station development funding, according to a notice.
The company has tapped Arctic Securities AS and Pareto Securities AS as managers for both offerings.
ReFuels is a publicly listed group which combines CNG Fuels with Renewable Transport Fuel Services.
