Moody’s assigns LKQ notes Baa3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Baa3 rating to LKQ Dutch Bond BV's planned backed senior unsecured euro-denominated notes.

LKQ Corp.'s Baa3 long-term issuer rating and Baa3 senior unsecured rating, LKQ European Holdings BV's Baa3 senior unsecured rating and LKQ Italia Bondco SpA's Baa3 senior unsecured rating, along with their respective stable outlooks, are all unaffected. The outlook for LKQ Dutch Bond is stable.

The proceeds will be used to redeem the LKQ Italia SpA's notes that are scheduled to mature in April.
