Cavco Industries shareholder Gamco has 9.64% stake

Charlotte, N.C., March 6 - Gamco Asset Management Inc. sold 4,500 shares of Cavco Industries, Inc., reducing its ownership interest in the company to 9.64%.

The shares were sold between Jan. 16 and March 4 priced from $20.34 to $24.78 per share, according to a schedule 13D/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors beneficially own 627,028 shares of the Phoenix-based manufactured housing company's outstanding stock.
