Cavanal Hill U.S. Treasury, Cash Management funds not available

San Diego, Dec. 22 - Cavanal Hill Funds announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that select shares of the Cavanal Hill U.S. Treasury Fund and the Cavanal Hill Cash Management Fund are not available for sale, effective Dec. 31.

The funds are managed by Tulsa, Okla.-based Cavanal Hill Investment Management, Inc.
