Center for Special Needs Trust’s creditors committee formed

Olympia, Wash., March 4 – The Center for Special Needs Trust Administration, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed, according to a notice filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.

The names of the five members were not disclosed in the notice.

The St. Petersburg, Fla.-based company filed bankruptcy on Feb. 9 under Chapter 11 case number 24-00676.
