Gamco and Gabelli continue to invest in Cavalier Homes

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 22 - Investors led by Gamco Asset Management Inc. and Gabelli Funds, LLC increased their ownership of Cavalier Homes, Inc. to 17.43%, from 16.38% in June, with the purchase of 186,532 shares of the company's stock.
The shares were acquired following a series of buy and sell transactions between July 23 and Sept. 19 and were priced from $2.047 to $2.50 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The investors beneficially own approximately 3.21 million shares of the Addison, Ala., manufactured home company.
