Restoration Forest’s official unsecured creditors committee formed

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 12 – Restoration Forest Products Group, LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed, according to a notice filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The members are BEP Engineering Services Ltd., based in Surrey, B.C.; Duz Cho Forest Product Ltd., based in Mackenzie, B.C.; Melvin Melton Services Inc., based in Springerville, Ariz.; KTC Industrial Engineering Ltd., based in Surrey, B.C.; LD&B LLC, based in Showlow, Ariz.; Froedge Machine & Supply Co., Inc., based in Tompkinsville, Ky.; and TS Distributors Inc., doing business as Yavapai Steel, based in Houston.

The Bellemont, Ariz.-based sustainable forest products company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Jan. 29 under case number 24-10120.
