Prospect News reports three new defaults for Jan. 11-Jan. 17

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 19 – Prospect News reported three new defaults for Jan. 11 through Jan. 17.

Specifically, Prospect News reported a Chapter 11 filing by Eye Care Leaders Portfolio Holdings, LLC, a Chapter 15 filing by Nexii Construction Inc. and a Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) filing by Black Press Ltd.

Prospect News also reported missed interest payments by SriLankan Airlines Ltd. and a liquidation by Jiayuan International Group Ltd., but both companies had defaulted previously.

So far in 2024, Prospect News has reported eight total defaults, including three Chapter 11 filings and one each of CCAA filings, Chapter 15 filings, Chapter 7 filings, liquidations and missed interest payments.
