Fitch rates Columbia Pipelines note BBB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB+ rating to Columbia Pipelines Holding Co. LLC's planned offering of senior unsecured notes.

The rating is consistent with Fitch’s ratings on CPHC’s outstanding senior unsecured notes.

The proceeds will be used to fund, among other things, a distribution to CPHC's members.

The outlook is stable.
