Rosetta redeems early series 183 notes on Dec. 21 at par

Lexington, Ky., Dec. 29 – Rosetta Ltd. has fully redeemed early its series 183 notes with an original maturity date of March 20, 2033 (ISIN: XS0329232242), according to a notice.

The notes were redeemed at par on Dec. 21.

The notes were issued under the company’s ¥400 billion secured euro medium-term note program.

Rosetta is a company registered in the Cayman Islands.
