New Issue: CapitaLand India prices ¥4 billion of 1.45% notes due 2028

Lexington, Ky., Dec. 1 – CapitaLand India Trust Management Pte. Ltd. announced that CapitaLand India Trust has priced ¥4 billion of 1.45% notes due 2028, according to a notice.

Mizuho Securities Asia Ltd. is the dealer.

The series 010 notes will be issued under the trust’s S$1.5 billion multicurrency debt issuance program.

Proceeds will be used for refinancing the trust’s ¥4 billion 0.64375% notes maturing on Dec. 18, 2023.

CapitaLand India Trust, formerly known as Ascendas India Trust, is an Indian property trust in Asia. It is managed by CapitaLand India Trust Management Pte. Ltd., formerly known as Ascendas Property Fund Trustee Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore-listed CapitaLand Investment Ltd.
