Moody’s rates Flutter loans Ba1
Moody's said it assigned Ba1 instrument ratings to the planned dollar-denominated senior secured term loan B due 2030 to be issued by Flutter Financing BV and co-borrowed by FanDuel Group Financing LLC. Concurrently, the agency gave Ba1 instrument ratings to the planned senior secured term loan A due 2028 to be issued in several tranches by PPB Treasury Unlimited Co., Betfair Interactive US Financing LLC and FanDuel Group Financing, respectively, as well as the proposed senior secured multicurrency revolving credit facility due 2028 to be issued by Flutter Entertainment plc.
The agency also affirmed Flutter Entertainment plc’s Ba1 ratings.
Flutter will use the new loans in a refinancing.
The outlook is stable.
