Chicago, Nov. 2 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $203,000 of 3.25% notes due April 5, 2027 linked to the J.P. Morgan Large-Cap Dynamic Blend index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes pay interest of 3.25% per year for the first three years, payable each year.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the index return.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
