Baron Capital exits investment in Casual Male

Philadelphia, Dec. 10 - Baron Capital Group, Inc. reported that it is vacating its investment in Casual Male Retail Group, Inc. as of Dec. 10, according to an SC 13G/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Baron reported a passive stake of 0.2%, representing 100,000 shares of warrants that are exercisable in 60 days to acquire beneficial ownership in the Canton, Mass., specialty men's retailer.

The company last reported a passive stake of 6.4%, or 2,664,856 shares, on Feb. 14.

Casual Male is a Canton, Mass., specialty men's retailer.
