Prestige Consumer amends ABL credit agreement, extends five years

Chicago, Dec. 13 – Prestige Consumer Healthcare Inc. with wholly owned subsidiary Prestige Brands Inc. amended its ABL credit agreement on Dec. 8 with Citibank, NA as administrative agent, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The amendment increases revolving commitments by $25 million, to a $200 million total.

The maturity date has been extended five years.

There is also increased flexibility relating to restricted payments, debt incurrence and borrowing base calculations.

The credit agreement dates back to Sept. 12, 2012 and was last amended on April 4, 2023.

Prestige Brands is a Tarrytown, N.Y.-based marketer and distributor of over-the-counter health care and household cleaning products.
