Potter Anderson grows bankruptcy practice with addition of Haywood as counsel

Los Angeles, Oct. 18 – Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP announced it is continuing to grow its bankruptcy practice with the addition of Brett M. Haywood as counsel.
With the addition of Haywood, the firm’s bankruptcy group now includes five partners, two counsel and eight associates dedicated to advising clients in complex restructurings.
Haywood joins Potter Anderson from Bespoke Financial, Inc. where he was vice president, corporate counsel. Prior to that, he was an associate at Richards, Layton & Finger.
At Potter Anderson, Haywood will focus primarily on complex commercial restructurings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The law firm is based in Wilmington, Del.
