Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore gets interim cash collateral access

By Sarah Lizee

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 4 – The Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore received interim approval to access cash collateral, according to an order filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland.

The access to cash collateral will expire if a final order hasn’t been entered within 45 days of the interim order.

PNC Bank is entitled to adequate protection of its interests in the cash collateral.

A final hearing is scheduled for Nov. 6.

The Baltimore-based archbishop filed bankruptcy on Sept. 29 under Chapter 11 case number 23-16969.
