Volkswagen plans three-part offering of senior green bonds

Los Angeles, Sept. 18 – Volkswagen Leasing GmbH plans to price senior green bonds with 2.5-, 5.5- and eight-year tenors, according to a notice.

Parent company Volkswagen Financial Services AG will be the guarantor.

The bonds are talked in the mid-swaps plus 120 basis points area, mid-swaps plus 170 bps area and mid-swaps plus 195 bps area, respectively.

Deutsche Bank, ING, IMI – Intesa Sanpaolo, SEB and Societe Generale are the managers for the inaugural issue.

Volkswagen Financial is the financing arm of Volkswagen, an automotive manufacturer based in Wolfsburg, Germany.
