Silver Star unit Hartman eyes sale of two more Texas properties

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 26 – Silver Star Properties REIT, Inc. indirect subsidiary Hartman SPE, LLC is seeking approval to sell two more properties in Texas, according to separate motions filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company has lined up a sale of one property in San Antonio to AP Growth Properties, LP for $15 million and one property in Houston to Fondren Complex LLC for $12.85 million.

As previously reported, the company is also seeking to sell a property located in Katy, Tex., for $13.5 million to proposed purchaser Mason Complex, LLC.

Silver Star is a self-managed real estate investment trust based in Houston. Hartman SPE filed bankruptcy on Sept. 13 under Chapter 11 bankruptcy case number 23-11452.
