Noble House’s official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 21 – Noble House Home Furnishings LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed on Thursday, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

The members are DEV Property NJ LLC, based in Radnor, Pa., Ha Thanh Import-Export Co., Ltd., based in Quy Nhon, Vietnam, Jiang Su Chairone Home Furniture Co., Ltd., based in Jiangsu, China, FedEx Corporate Services, Inc., based in Memphis, Tenn., Phu Tai JSC, based in Binh Dinh Province, Vietnam, Wegsman Furniture Industries Sdn. Bhd., based in Muar, Malaysia, and Eco Tech Co., Ltd., based in Binh Dinh Province, Vietnam.

The Chatsworth, Calif.-based home furniture company filed bankruptcy on Sept. 11 under Chapter 11 case number 23-90773.
