Lexington, Ky., Sept. 13 – Posten Bring AS priced a two-tranche offering of green bonds totaling NOK 1 billion, according to a notice.
The first tranche, comprised of a NOK 450 million of five-year senior green bonds, was priced with a coupon of Nibor plus 100 basis points, while the second tranche for NOK 550 million of eight-year green bonds was sold with a coupon of 5.134%.
The notice stated the transaction was substantially oversubscribed.
Settlement is slated for Sept. 22.
Handelsbanken Capital Markets and SEB were joint lead managers.
Posten Bring is an Oslo-based Nordic postal and logistics group.
