Ampla signs $275 million facility with Citi, Waterfall

Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 19 – Ampla closed a new $275 million credit facility with Citi and funds managed by Waterfall Asset Management, according to a press release on Tuesday.

Including the previously reported $258 million credit warehouse signed with Goldman Sachs and Atalaya Capital Management in September, the new debt facility brings Ampla’s recent capital raising transactions to $600 million.

Proceeds will be used to fund the company’s expansion initiatives.

Relevant facility details, such as tenor and interest, were not disclosed.

Ampla is a New York-based financial technology company that offers products for consumer brands.
