Chicago, May 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.45 million of 0% autocallable dual directional buffered return enhanced notes due Jan. 29, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 Futures Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The securities will be called automatically on Feb. 4, 2025 at a premium of 11.5% if the index closes above its initial value.
If the index gains the payout will be par plus 125% of the index return.
The payout will be par plus the absolute value of the index return if the index declines but by no more than the 10% buffer.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond the buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
