Prime Trust plan confirmation hearing moved to December
Chicago, Nov. 1 – Prime Trust, LLC’s confirmation schedule has been shifted back, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The plan confirmation hearing will now be held Dec. 19. It was previously scheduled for Nov. 14.
The deadline to file a plan supplement will now be Nov. 28.
The confirmation objection deadline is Dec. 5.
The voting deadline will also be Dec. 5.
The Las Vegas-based cryptocurrency custodian filed bankruptcy on Aug. 14 under Chapter 11 case number 23-11161.
