Hywin, Leonteq, Arta launch mega-trends principal-protected notes

Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 3 – Hywin Holdings Ltd., Leonteq Securities AG and Arta TechFin Corp. Ltd. launched the global mega-trends series of principal-protected structured products for high-net-worth clients in Asia, according to a news release from Hywin.

Arat TechFin subsidiary Arta Global Markets Ltd. acts as a distribution partner of the notes, which provide 100% principal protection.

The series includes the following:

• “Electric Champions” notes linked to a Leonteq index comprising Tesla, ON Semiconductor Corp., Albemarle Corp., STMicroelectronics NV, Infineon Technologies AG, Analog Devices Inc. and other companies in the electric vehicle space;

• “AI Architects” notes that track a Leonteq index with constituents including Nvidia, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Tencent and others;

• “Peace Engineers” notes linked to a Leonteq index that offers upside participation in Fortinet Inc., TransDigm Group Inc., Airbus SE, Safran SA, Thales SA, Boeing Co. and other contractors;

• “American Titans” notes that track a Leonteq index that reflects the performance of Apple, MasterCard, Home Depot, KLA Corp., AbbVie Inc., Amgen Inc., Cigna Group and other U.S. large caps; and

• “Nikkei Renaissance” notes that track a Nikkei 225 ETF, providing investors exposure to companies such as Tokyo Electron Ltd., Advantest Corp., Daikin Industries Ltd., Fanuc Corp., Fast Retailing Co Ltd. and others.
