New Issue: Citi prices $480,000 geared buffered digital notes on ETF, Russell, S&P

Chicago, July 28 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $480,000 of 0% enhanced geared buffered digital securities due July 25, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the iShares S&P 500 Growth ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If each asset finishes at or above 75% of its initial level, the payout will be par 8%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.33333% for every 1% decline of the worst performing asset beyond 25%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
